Pay back the refund

I called rain in September because their sim card wasn't working I was told that I need to pay R185.42 month end and they will cancel my subscription, month end they deducted on the 1st of October R479 and R185.42 on the 4th, when I called to request a refund, the consultant told me that she will escalate the matter to billing, few days after that I received a refund of R173.84, I need the balance!! PLEASE PAY BACK MY REFUND
