PAY BACK THE MONEY!! REFUND REFUND REFUND

After my last review here I finally got a response from Rain and they came to collect the unit, which they apparently need to do before they can refund someone... RAM collected it on the 7th October, it was in PERFECT condition because I had literally used it a handful of times, the download speed is fantastic, in short bursts when it works, but the upload speed is horrid, 4mb upload... how does one work with only 4mb upload speed? Please stop *****ing people's money and refund us. ****************. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT STATES:

The representation or marketing of goods or services may not be misleading or false. If the goods bought from a supplier are defective (not suitable for its usual purpose or for the purpose it was bought, of **poor quality and bad working order,** or not useable or durable), a consumer has 6 months from the date of delivery to return the goods to the supplier, at the supplier’s risk and expense. At the consumer’s choice, the supplier must fix, replace or refund the goods bought by the consumer.
