Pay back the money RAIN

Yuuuuu I wish the minister of communications can assist us with this rain co *********** poor peopls monies... I lost signal on 2nd june i logged severql tickets some suggested that i owed rain money(incorrect didnt owe a cent) hence my services were suspended. On the 7th i called call Centre to cancel my contract the lady said it was done and there will be further deduction month end june of which o disputed as i had just paid R479 end may surprisingly deduction occured for services that never took place whole of june was just told that my sim was active but on my side sim was inactive even tried to insert it on a phone i called again month end of june only to be told my contract is still active was so shocked and was told further deduction will take place again IMAGINE for a sim card i last used on june 2nd.. Now what do you call that.. You tell me
