PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!!!!

I app**** for a Rain month to month contract and was happy with the service. I was then looking for a different type of package which they were unable to offer and cancelled the service in 2022. Shockingly I have had to call in multiple times as my bank account was still being debited with R529.00 per month. I am so fed up of hearing that the billing department will contact me to reimburse me. This is a lot of money for a single Mom!!!! Does this billing department actually exist???? I am really disappointed as I was vey happy with the service before the cancellation....PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!!! I am tired of all the excuses!!
