PAY BACK MY R529 - VERY BAD SERVICE

Hi I was paying R529 for 5G and I cancel my service on 25-01-2023 and I was Informed that my last payment should be by end of January which I paid 1st week of February 2023. I was Informed that it was the last time they will deduct.

Only to find out that today 01/02/2023 they still continue deducting R529 while I cancel my Service on 25-01-2023 and I have unplugged everything but still they continue billing me while I have Cancel it.

Very Very Very POOR SERVICE from RAIN and Honestly I wouldn't recommend it to any one not even my Family members POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE.
