Pay back my money or connect me

Am really fed up with rain simply because i paid R250 to re active my service on the last day of the month of march its only 6 days my service is cut off now i paid R98 the debit went off after ive put in the OTP number its ****gish what they are doing to us as their clients am not happy at all
