Pay back my money

Last month on the 16th of May I cancelled my rain network subscription and I was called by a consultant to say I will have to pay R479 for the last time on the 25th of May and as agreed that case happened. To my surprise on the 25th of June rain debited my account with R479 when I thought the account had been cancelled. I tried communicating with the Rain support on the their website but I’m not fully quenched with their response. I tried calling and the music is just too long for my liking. Please I just need my R479 paid back in my account…
