Pay and get no internet. Rain is a pain!!!!

You don't even deserve a rating... Rain let's you pay for a service you don't get. Sent several emails and phone calls. Not even a manager gets back to you. Paid fully up to date but they keep on telling me I missed a payment because they are post paid. But if I pay now. I only pay in October. Had no internet for this month but I have to pay????? I changed my payment date several times but now it's a issue. When one are connected the connection is so bad... I am so fed up with the lies they are telling. They shared my information with my sister without my consent. I'll see you in court Rain.!!!!!
