Pause Service Option
Very ****my company, They realised that since their infrastructure is faulty and normally leaves users on Emergency service most of the time. Instead of improving this, Nope!! they decided to remove the pause service option on their website so they would lock you onto the full R250 rand payment regardless of whether your service was down or not.

26 Jun 2021, 08:52No, I do not understand why PAYU9pay was removed. Until you have your network working as guaranteed it should be returned.
