Pathic,misleading,

Your R250 pm is very misleading and convenienly no one can call my husband to explain. On the 26th March Ram delivered our sim cards ... On the 10,12,14 April I was disconnected and had to click on promise to pay on the 26th April in order to get my services reconneced. On the 26th I paid R511. May the 14th I was disconnected again and had to go online and click on promise to pay the 26 May in order to reconnect services.Yesterday I was disconnected again.I sent an email asking why?I get a reply stating I promised to pay on the 16th May....how the hell can I promise to pay the 16th ....knowing I only get paid on the 26th of each month. And to top it off my bill is R1000....this is ridiculous. What is happening!!!!!!!!!!!
