Pathetically poor service

This service is flipping damn pathetic I am so done with them now, I was promised that I will not be charged for the month of January and boom a debit order goes off.. I spend more money on buying data because of their extremely pathetic service, they keep sending the same emails like it has been programmed, I am sick and tired of moving my router around and taking my SIM card out and rebooting now,..... I will continue to use this platform until every single day until they actually take interest in their customers
