What a waste of time. Router was moved once again.

Even worse than before, the consultant promised to phone back at 15H00 to check how the the router was preforming. What a joke. just as poor and pathetic as before. Obviously no call back. No surprise there.
Their incompetence and scant regard for their customers is appalling.
