Pathetic, unbelievable, poor service by Rain

Bought Rain package more than 10 days ago, first they couldn't deliver as promised either no communication whatsoever, l had to call in for update, needless to say, l had to drive to four-ways to collect the package otherwise l had to wait for more days regardless of the passed 7 days, At Fourways CCD couriers l waited for more than an hour yo get assisted, l had to ask why it was taking so long, only one lady to come out with a sorry, we couldnt find your device. When l got home the device wouldn’t connect, l tried to get help online but their robots do not have answers, A day later l called in yo find out the devices was not registered, the support guy took the EMI and Serial number of the device and promised that he had requested activation snd device would work within 5( to 12 hours, this was on Friday 11th afternoon, today is 13 July, still no service from Rain. It has taken Rain more than 10 days to give service, They deducted money from my bank when l signed up with promise to deliver within 3 days now its day 11, Warning: Sign up with Rain at your own risk, l m regretting!!!!!!

Unbelievable, l contacted Rain this morning again, only to be answered by someone in another country and told me that l have to wait for the technical team to contact me with 24 hours, so poor, on Friday l was advised that everything is sorted and l can expect the device to start working with 5 days, its almost 2 weeks after purchasing this Rain package and zero connectivity, not even a single day. They do not contact me as they promise here, I have to call Rain to ask for service. I just want at least connection for this month which they have deducted money from my account and then l can cancel. Why take money from customers and not deliver service, its such a pathetic and dishonest way of doing business. Please stop the rot, its unfair.
