Pathetic to say the least

You know how tired im getting of complaining and logging tickets with this place. Its just a pitty the fibre in my area isnt sorted yet or else i would cancel with no second throught. We have had load shedding for months now and obviously are rarely able to use the service because hey rain doesnt work even if you have a UPS or Generator. Outside of that they have increased prices and didnt even bother to offer a better package because we are all impacted by loadshedding. Now while i understand this is imapacting the entire country. Im just really fed up with the serivce im getting. Every single time i log a ticket its the same story the towers are down. I was promised by Shaylen that he will send someone out to see how they can better my signal because i cant even make a whatsapp call and it reconnects all the time. Im exhuasted by this service honestly
