Pathetic *******

Rain’s customer care is utterly pathetic I canceled my prescription at the end of Jan for the end of Feb as we IMMIGRATED to another country I got a email confirmation and a reference number that it will be canceled but still the money went off my account I am bot able to get calls only emails and I can’t make calls to them as I don’t live in SA anymore so what the hell I did my part before I left not once did you struggle to get your payment from me

How the hell is that possible??????

I really liked rain with the cancel ‘any time’ but you don’t do your part????

I will never advise anyone to use RAIN
