Pathetic *****'s
These people ***** your money even though you are not a client. I helped a friend to pay online to activate her simcard and now this place is deducting money from my account every month even though she is paying through EFT, no contract signed or agreement that they can take my banking details This is ***** I have contacted but they have not assisted me with this matter instead gave me 50thousand excuses to eventually escalate the matter

20 Apr 2021, 15:55I honestly do not see how you can help me by contacting me, I have spoken to someone earlier just to hear I can't be helped because you need to access the other person's personal profile and that she needs to refund me, so I am wasting my time talking to anyone in this company because there is constant excuses regarding why I cannot be refunded. This is not supposed to be my problem being that this company took my money without any approval to my banking details, and I am tired of hearing the same pathetic excuse that because the first payment was with my card that gives approval, never in my life have I had this inexcusable problem when I did payments online, they did not *******ly take my banking details and deducted like they wanted to for some lame excuse, your company is to pathetic to take responsibility for you actions to refund money that was taken from a non customer

I did not agree to a monthly deduction this was a once off
I want to stop this membership/transaction immediately
I want my money refunded, the 7th of April
Otherwise I will report this to the CPA
