Pathetic Support Services

Good product.... The worst support services ever..!!! spoke to a few consultants...every time told, 24-48hrs waiting period...this has been coming on since December 2022...finally got to the supervisor (Michelle) and was told that the waiting period story was unacceptable and that she was going to get on it immediately, send technican to the premises and feedback will be given by end of businessday!...it is now a month later and still awaiting feedback and the technicians 😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞
