Pathetic support
I have been trying to get support on connectivity issues for almost a week now. However Rain does not have a working call centre/ support line available. I get no response from there support emails and tried twitter DM, however i also get zero feedback on there as well.
For a tech company to not have a support channel available, is terrible.
