Promised speed. Min 4mb on the 4g 479 package, Max speed less than 1mbs. Used telkom sim 15mns,vodacom 20 mbs. Same router. These people are scoundrels. They ***** your money, you don't receive value for money. They are full of ******* excuses.

I must assume Mosa is not a person, but a bot. As the standard replies mean that you have not looked at the issues. There are literally thousands of complaints. On the issue of poor connections speeds.
What are you doing to resolve the issues.
Fact 3 days in a row, tested your speeds, with telkom and vodacom same mobile devices, yours consistently less than 2mbs,other obove 10mbs.
Same test in three locations on port elizabeth, Parsons hill, overbaakens and linton grange. You advertise up to 10 mbs on the unlimited 479 package.
