Pathetic Speeds from Rain
Contacted them multiple times to assist with decrease speeds. I moved the router towards the nearest tower as they recommended and still experience this problem. This only happens from 7pm onwards. You would not expect this on the unlimited home 5G premium. Absolutely terrible service.
