PATHETIC SPEEDS due to oversubscription in Goodwood area

I use to get speeds above 5Mbps but recently it is sub 1mbps. Vumatel fibre is very expensive so many are using rain. I received a pathetic and nonsensical excuse as follows:

Upon my investigation I have picked up that you are currently connected onto a tower located approx 0.16km far away from your given address, kindly note that due to the elevation profile - because your home is placed above the tower this does have an effect on the signal transmission and can cause you to experience poor/slow connectivity,

My home is BELOW the tower. How do they explain great speeds in the past but slow DEGRADATION to current UNACCEPTABLE speeds.

Rain is *********** customer's. Let the directors use sub 1mbps speeds.
