Pathetic speed and service

Rain speed slow and unstable for second time in same month. Tower was down for 10 days straight about a week before Christmas and then on 25th of December 5G disappeared with Santa. Calling their support number is of no use. Scripted troubleshooting by inexperienced staff who only know details on the script. Could just about understand the deep indian accent, sounded just like when a **** call centre rings you up. Promised a call back but it has been days and still waiting. Best part is that they still debit me for 30mbs but my speed has been 0.9mbs for half the month. Rain stop ripping us off and get you house in order, unless you are state own then weno there is no hope and we gotta switched over.
