Pathetic signal and pathetic service!
Good day
I had rain for 2 months and it was pathetic, I could never get good signal. And I canceled, now I'm not even getting a response anymore!
I want to know how much I will be paying today or tomorrow (I asked a few days ago), as I refuse to pay the normal amount. I canceled on 19 July. And I want an answer before it goes off of my account!

02 Aug 2021, 13:18I was still waiting for the agent to 'look into it' and now you took the whole R479 although I canceled on 19 August! I want a refund for some of this as no one assisted me at all! And I refuse to pay for a whole month as I could hardly get any signal! And I definitely didn't use 37GB in just over half a month. I used 33GB in June apparently... And the signal was worse and worse! I want a refund for half or 30 or 40% at least.

You charge more than I pay for wifi that actually works now! I want my money back!
