Pathetic signal and customer service

Their signal is pathetic! I work from home and I hardly ever have any service! It says 'up to 10mbps', I hardly get 1 or 2mbps when I actually have service.

And their customer service is just as pathetic! I've had it for just over a month. Unfortunately I have to wait until 2 Aug to get my new wifi... Otherwise I wouldn't canceled already.
