I had cancelled my services during January 2024 as I was not happy with the service. I was then told by the agent that I spoke to that I could port my rain number to any network, I WAS TOLD TODAY THAT THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED AND I CANNOT PORT *** , I NEED THIS NUMBER PORTED TO VODACOM ASAP , SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIX THIS **** ASAP BEFORE I GO INTO A STORE

I would really appreciate it as I was told that I could port my rain number , now that I bought a vodacom simcard I have 24 hours to port the number but the sms has to come from the rain cell number
