PATHETIC SERVICES
I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and support team here.
I have been having ongoing issues with my sim card but no one seems to know how to help me. I have had no connectivity for 2 weeks. After numerous calls to Rain , still no help.
I decided to cancel and they were more than happy to cancel instead of finding ways to retain customers.
PATHETIC AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!
