Pathetic services

Rain is useless ,pathetic and the worst customer service ever , they just cancelled my services last week Wednesday ,when I contacted them they said I cancelled the services , I asked when did I do so where's the proof or recorded call saying I did so , I was promised they will be sorting this out and someone will be contacting me back no one has contacted me ,I'm doing all the calling , and when I called again today for the thousands time ,I get told I have to place a order again for what !!!!! , I have to work ,Who is going to pay my salary rain ????
