Pathetic services

The call centre people are a bunch idiots I took delivery of my router and sim I haven't been able to connect to the network each time I cal the centre they advise they are escalating but nothing for 3 months. I've requested for a refund n advise them to come pick up the router n sim card. The call centre ppl make promises they can't keep there is no managers available to speak as well. It's so frustrating they quick to debit my account but the service is ****.
