Pathetic service with pathetic network

Worst internet provider, struggling for past 2 weeks with network up and down, cant do my work and kids cant enjoy movies at night. In Wonderboom area, will cancel if they cant repair or get the internet working as promised with full speed as I am paying for. Will not recommend this service of they cant provide full service. Will go over to fibre if no contact has been made within 24hours.
