Pathetic service ,*****ing your money do not use them

Pathetic service ,Cant Rika ,Then when I made payment I could all of a sudden rica with the same doka that was rejected ,I then get given a service completely different than what I paid for ,Now my sim is cancelled yet I paid ,So I guys now they just keep my money which they stole ,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE SECOND STRING COMPANY ,THERE SERVICES IS TERRIBLE IF YOU GET ANY ,YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

My biggest problem is all you get is promises and no action ,I can post all the emails I have sent and the 1 or 2 replies I have gotten ,One example I get a email stating my problem has been resolved ,Nothing has been resolved and when I rep**** to that same email asking what has been resolved I get no reply going on 3 days now ,You guys cant even answer a client on email yet you want to supply a cellular service I THINK NOT ,YOU WILL GO DOWN THE SAME ROAD AS TELKOM ,PATHETIC SERVICE I WILL SHARE THIS UNTILL MY MONEY IS PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ,I am also going to post all these msges on sosial media ,Warning the people not to Waste there time and money on a second string Company

And there you just prove my point for me of how pathetic your service is ,No reply yet again ,People stay away from rain you will loose your money ,They are not going to provide you with a service yet you paid for it ,***** at its best
