Pathetic service! Stay away.

Rain is very quick to take your money while delivering pathetic service. When you call support service and they can't help you further they pretend to be unable to hear you and cuts your call. They don't even have the decency or professionalism to return the call and they have no excuse to as they have all the contact details.

Except for this, they use indian suppport staff that are very difficult to understand due to their accent.

Please stay away from RAIN..... their service are PATHETIC to say the least.
