Pathetic Service - SIM Swap

On Tuesday (01/10/2019) i received a SIM card for a SIM Swap which i was promised 48Hrs. On Friday i did a follow-up and the SIM still not active - today i just ended another call and SIM card is still not active. Your service as an ISP is shocking, why would a person has to wait 2weeks for a SIM swaps. Are maybe delays a way to get less users on the networ.
