Pathetic service Rain Data

I have received my sim card on th 21st of August after paying 479 rand I wasnt able to use the wifi as it seems like my area isnt covered well the device keeps loading and no joy at all I habe been sending mails for someone to call me with no luck at all the service is absolutely apathetic i want my moneyntonbe refunded as my service has been canceled but i have not had much use if any of this 479 rand i paid
