PATHETIC SERVICE RAIN

Rain is the absolute WORSE 5g provider and company that I have ever dealt with. I had my Rain Router for one month and in that one month I looked SIX calls with support to contact me, and I always received an email saying that they would contact me shortly. I did not receive one call back from support. I've canceled my Rain contract which will come into effect from August 1st . I've already switched to Vox who take the time to call and assist wherever possible. The service from Rain is the worst of any company I've dealt with, and I urge people to avoid using Rain, they really are pathetic. And I know Rain could care less because they have enough clients, but I will make sure to tell as many people as possible, not to use this PATHETIC COMPANY. I mean how is it that in one month I asked Rain support to contact me, and received feedback saying they they would be in touch shortly...yet not one person from support has ever contacted me. Rain is PATHETIC.
