Pathetic service - quick to take money and then not deliver

Another week another terrible service from Rain. The 3 working days to get her chip and modem is now on week 2 and nothing has been done despite the matter being ëscalated"which is simply speak for making it someone else's problem and not resolving anything.

I suggest you call my daughter about her internet today or we will be cancelling and going elsewhere. Never had such pathetic service in my life.
