Pathetic Service Provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PATHETIC doesn't even begin to describe the customer service this provider offers or in this instance doesn't offer.

I have not had connection for three weeks ,calling their contact center proved to be nothing but a pointless exercise, You are greeted by consultant who sound disinterested in assisting you and are repetitive . I have spoken to two supposed Team Leaders ones name is KHENSANI SIMANGWE who a week ago had promised to revert back to me ,Big Suprise Nothing.

I am appalled at the lack of customer service this provider has not given. Its disgusting that you would treat a loyal client in this manner.

Its Disgusting and Unacceptable. With such behavior i can guarantee you will not be in business for long.

I don't even want a call back from you.
