Pathetic Service Provider

Worst service provider!! My account has been debited with a higher amount than what my monthly subscription should be. I contacted Rain via watsap, was advised, that was my monthly amount. I sent proof of what was deducted for the last 5 months, their response was, there was an increase??? No notification, no correspondence, just deducted from my account. Yet initially responded that was my monthly charge. Pathetic service provider!
