Pathetic service provider and lack of communication

Completely disappointed in the lack of service and communication on their side. I've been without internet connection for almost 2 weeks even though I've paid my account, sent numerous emails and logged complaints on their dashboard even called their call center but i have not received any response from them. This is utterly pathetic especially during the lockdown where most people are working from home and attending online classes.
