Pathetic Service Provider

I have been with Rain for a while. But since the beginning i have had issues.

Recently inwas just disconnected, i send them a message to ask why, they said i haven't paid my bill which i did, but i went and paid it again thinking maybe i was behind with a payment. Just to find out, i was actually disconnected because they were having connection issues.

It's been almost 3 months without internet. I use it daily because i work from home. My kids use it for school. So instead of being connected with rain, i end up buy data everyday just to be able to do my work and for my kids a school work to be done.

I have spoken to one of their tech guys who told me that this will be resolved the same day we spoke, to date still no internet.

This has made such a huge hole in my pocket, and Rain doesn't care.

The most pathetic service provider i have ever come across.
