Pathetic service provider

1 star is being generous. Their Internet is ****, their service is ****iee, their turn around time is tge ****iest. I cancelled their so called Internet that hardly connecting on the 3rd of June via email - got no response. I then used my data to send them another mail on the 6th of June, they rep**** on the 7th asking me why I wanted to cancel. They only cancelled their 5G router on tge 10th an debited me a pro-rata. I then called to ask them on the 1st of July why they has debited me, they said they would reply within 7DAYS...Really? 8 days later I got an email, "your request has been escalated and a consultant will be in touch". To date (10th of July) I have not received a phone call and my money has not been refunded.

I don't understand why they are exploiting people and charging for a service that they are not providing. They have no empathy and they are all about taking.

I will never do business with these people as they don't care about giving people great service
