Pathetic service of Rain

I have struggled for 4 months to change my banking details. I managed to eventually change the details, but it did not register after 45 minutes. The consultant merely said they have a problem. I was informed that a Consultant would revert back to me - Still waiting and so typical of Rain.

Their service is nothing but disgusting - not only my words but majority of people with rain
