Pathetic Service, no service at all!!

Hello Peter,

Please advise on the next level of escalation for my refund from Rain. To date and per my previous review and comments nothing has materialized.

All I need is confirmation for my refund, it’s over a month now with no developments.

It’s funny how Silindile Ntombela was constantly calling before I transected for this 5G router and sealing the deal, now everyone from this Service Provider has disappeared.

Please help with next level of escalation, thanks.
