PATHETIC SERVICE - NO INTERNET FOR DAYS

I have been without internet since Tuesday 01 Nov - It is Now 04 Nov and after 4 calls and promises that the escalation team will call me and a manager will call me - I have received no calls and NO HELP. My debit goes off my account as soon as I get paid but I don't have any connection to the internet for 3 days now going into the weekend. For anyone considering signing up with this provider please choose AFRI HOST or ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER - really the hassle and disappointment is not worth saving a few rands - RAIN I AM STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE
