Pathetic service, no assistance no internet

Ive been trying to get assistance for the longest time, im still having connection issues. My wifi is off majority of the time. I sent pictures as requested by Rain agents i sent emails of those issues as they requested. I did speed tests and everything but still mp feedback. Please can I have assistance. My router was changed from a out door router back to the old indoor router because I was told that you guys no longer use the outdoor routers and it seems like everything is so much worse now.

please tell me what the way forward is, I cannot keep on paying for something I cant even use. I cannot stream, I cant download anything, I am having endless connectivity issues. I told you guys I had this router before and it was not working for me that is why you gave me the outdoor router, I was told you don't use outdoor routers anymore neither do you send techs out. RAIN KEEPS ON ADVERTISING NEW PRODUCTS BUT CANT EVEN HELP THEIR EXISTING CLIENTS WITH THEIR OLD PRODUCTS.

PLEASE HELP ME I NEED ASSISTANCE URGENTLY.
