Pathetic service! More like a ****!😡🤬

Bought a router and it only worked for 30 minutes. When I reported, they said there's a problem with the tower and they don't know when will it be back up. Few days later I asked for cancelation. Someone phoned me and told me that he'll send the technicians through to get the matter sorted instead. He said that there are 3 towers in my area and the one I'm connected to is not my nearest. I've been waiting for technicians since Sunday. Rain is just pathetic!
