Pathetic service, *********** staff, Dont Recommend!

Absolutely pathetic service from Rain. My sim card stopped working, spoke to a technical support guy and he arrange for a sim swap. To which I recieved in 2 days, as soon as I received the card I contacted Rain Support and the consultant told me to wait 24 hours and the sim will be activated. Ok 100%. It has now been 2 weeks, since the 24 hour wait, Of phoning every day, speaking to consultants, having the matter "escalated", hearing " I will lodge a complaint/leave a note for a manager to call you". To which still, no manager has ever called me. And one day! I finally found a competent consultant, who admitted, due to a mistake on their side that I have been wasting my time. Some *********** consultant had the profile that was waiting for the sim swap deleted, so the sim I recieved is useless, so I will have to get a new sim card and activate the new card according to Anele Memela, the consultant who I will forever sing praises for! Side note, on my profile it still shows the sim swap card, is still on delivery. I have had it for a while now, and I just have to through it away now.

I will never recommend Rain !!! All they want is your money and then simply hire *********** staff to assist you with the issues that you will have.
