Pathetic Service from Rain....Debits my Account after a year of not using them

This is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. I was told they work on a month to month subscription and after my first month I didn't want to make a payment the following month cause their internet service kept jamming.

Now one year later , they started to debit my account for 2 months. I called them , I sent several emails and still this month I was debited again yet I have made no use of their service. I questioned , Why am I being debited after one year ....I still await an answer. I also still haven't received my refund.

This shows me that they are very sneaky and underhanded in their dealings . I am taking this further to report this to the consumer board and also will seek legal advise to get my money back and more importantly that this doesn't happen to other innocent consumers.

Rain your service is Pathetic.
