PATHETIC SERVICE FROM RAIN WIFI!!!!

i have cancelled my rain services in January 2025 due to poor and pathetic service delivery and very very poor internet connection. I have requested numerous times support from Rain even for a technician to come out to my house due to not getting any to no wifi connection and to no response or assistance. even after cancelling the services to date my bank account has been getting debited i am unable to unlink my debit order from the system which resulted in me changing my bank account now i am in arrears with my previous bank account due to failed debit orders which they failed to sort out despite numerous whatsapp messages and emails been sent!!!!!
