Pathetic Service from Rain Support and Sales Team

I'm very frustrated with this service provider, they cancelled my services from 1 January and re-instated them on the 16 January and the error was on their side, I have to go to war with them from 16 days. Again now someone very clever decided to deactivate my simcard and I have been without internet for 3 day with a child that is going online schooling. It is very frustrating and the level of service i'm getting is beyond pathetic. I need want my money refunded for January I have had 12 days of internet but deducted the full amount. I need to go and find a reputable internet service provider
