Pathetic service from Rain support and Nudebt

I have never ever received such patethic service from any company than I have from Rain support. I am battling for 1 year now to cancel my subscription. Now they have handed me over to Nudebt who is even more pathetic. I have sent so many mails to both companies and now they have the check to sent me a Final Demand notice!!!!!! Is there anyone at this company who can get in contact with me and resolve this matter. I have had enough!!!!!!
